Wataru Takashiro TQ’s & wins at Off Power Cup
This past weekend the Yoshino Works Racing Track in Shiojiro, Nagano, central Japan greeted some fast 60 racers with great weather for the Off Power Cup. Qualifying saw a hard battle between former national champ Kazuya Tanaka (Kyosho, Reds) and REDS Racing new Team driver Wataru Takashiro (Kyosho, Reds), with Takashiro taking the overall TQ. The Main was an entertaining 3 way battle down to the end between Itaru Kawamoto (Kyosho, Reds), Tanaka and Takashiro with the later grabbing the win with his REDS Racing powered Kyosho Inferno MP9 TKI4, in front of Kawamoto 2nd and Tanaka in 3rd.
